Enrolment Terms & Conditions

Lesson Payment
All lessons must be paid for prior to commencing the term.  Payment can be made by bank transfer.  Lessons are unable to commence without payment.  Please note that we are unable to accept cash payments.

Cancelation Policy
We ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you are going to be absent from your lesson. In the instance that you are not able to provide 24 hours’ notice, notification of absence must be received by no later than 6.00 pm the day prior to the scheduled lesson if the lesson takes place before 3:00 pm, and 9.30 am on the day of the lesson for lessons that take place from 3:00 pm onward.  Non-attendance of a scheduled lesson or scheduled catch-up lesson without adequate notice will result in the student/parent incurring the full fee of the missed lesson, and the lesson is marked as consumed.

Students who provide the required amount of notice are entitled to a maximum total of 2 catch-up lessons per full-term enrolment, and 1 catch-up lesson when commencing mid-term enrolment in 6 session or less.  This policy exists regardless of the nature or reason for a student’s absence.  If a student needs to re-schedule their lesson to a different day/time that week, this is treated as a catch-up lesson.   


Late Arrivals
Lessons are required to run to schedule to avoid keeping other students/parents waiting. With this in mind, please arrive on time for your lesson as lessons are not able to be extended. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
