Lisa Flynn
Director / Teacher
Meet Lisa – Founder & Lead Vocal Coach
With more than 20 years of dedication to music, over 15 years of voice teaching experience, and extensive performance experience across original and cover projects, Lisa brings a wealth of practical and professional expertise to her teaching. Her performance experience spans intimate duos and trios through to large ensembles, including big bands. In 2017, she was selected to represent Australia at the World Championship of Performing Arts in Los Angeles.
Alongside teaching, Lisa co-writes music for film and television. Her songs have featured in international advertising campaigns and a feature film starring Jennifer Garner.

Where Voice Science Meets Artistry
Expressive singing begins with a voice that functions with ease and freedom. Lisa combines her knowledge of voice science with artistry, helping students develop greater control, flexibilty and strength through healthy, sustainable vocal technique. As students discover what their voice is truly capable of, they’re free to make more creative and expressive choices in every song they sing.
Complimenting her extensive background in voice, Lisa’s two years of full-time dance training give her a unique perspective on performance, enabling her to help students with performance goals to develop every aspect of a compelling performance – from solid vocal technique to confident stage presence and authentic audience connection.
Lisa is known for her calm, supportive presence and her ability to put students at ease from the very first lesson. She takes the time to understand each student’s unique voice, goals, and any challenges, creating a personalised, highly effective learning experience.
Her teaching goes beyond technique. Lisa helps students reframe limiting beliefs and replace unhelpful thought patterns with a confident, empowered mindset. She nurtures both the voice and the individual behind it, fostering growth, artistic identity and self-expression.
Lisa is passionate about helping every student discover and develop the richness, versatility and expressive potential of their own unique voice.
