Lesson Payment
All lessons must be paid for prior to commencing the term. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Lessons are unable to commence without payment. Please note that we are unable to accept cash payments.
Cancellations and Make up lessons
We ask that students give a minimum of 24 hours notice if they’re unable to attend their lesson. In the instance where this is not possible, students must notify their teacher directly by no later than 9 am on the morning of their scheduled lesson to be eligible for a make up lesson. As your teacher is in charge of determining student eligibility for a make up lesson, please ensure you contact your teacher directly. Messages/emails sent to Lisa can’t be guaranteed to reach your teacher in time and may decrease your chances of qualifying for a make up lesson.
Failure to attend your scheduled lesson without adequate notification (before 9am on the day of your lesson), will incur the full fee of the lesson missed, and the lesson will be forfeited. This fee is due to the loss of income that is incurred by the teacher for the missed lesson. Students are entitled to a total of 3 make up lessons per term, however in the instance that a teacher is absent and a suitable fill-in teacher cannot be arranged, students are in this instance entitle to a make up lesson regardless of any accrued make up lessons during the term.
Lisa is often teaching and unfortunately often unable to forward messages after 12 pm lunchtime (during teaching hours). Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that student absences during the term cannot be given as credits. In the instance where adequate notice is given, your teacher will be in contact to arrange a make up lesson for you as soon as a time becomes available.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late and wish to let your teacher know, please contact your teacher directly. Students that arrive late for their lesson will not have their lesson time extended. The lesson will conclude at the scheduled finish time.
